The Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) / Professional Review Programme (PRP) should be completed within two to three years.
You will be assigned a supervisor who will support you and offer coaching through your APC / PRP training programme. They will help with your technical and professional tasks.
You will also be assigned a counsellor to ensure your training is progressing and assess your competence.
You will have regular meetings with your counsellor and supervisor to review your progress and ensure you have the necessary level of competence before taking your final assessment.
Before your final assessment takes place, we offer a revision programme including mock interviews and Q&A sessions, undertaken by our in-house APC / PRP assessors.
We will support you through your studies, and will assist you financially all the way through to attaining chartership.
We will agree a Personal Career Development Plan. We offer learning and development programmes designed to equip you with the skills and experience you need to move forward in your career.
Our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme ensures your knowledge and skills stay up-to-date.
It’s not all work. RLB is a friendly place to work, and regularly hosts social and CR events.
You’ll get to know your fellow graduates as well as the wider team at our welcome events.
You may still be able to apply – send a copy of your CV with a covering letter to firstname.lastname@example.org
